Baked Fish Recipe
This baked fish recipe is easy and tasty. You can use any mild white fish of your choice. We like cod and sole.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs fish fillets (we like sole or cod)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt and pepper
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over fish fillets.
Coat the fish in the breadcrumb mixture and place in lightly greased baking pan.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
Serving Suggestions:
I serve fish with side of tartar sauce for dipping, rice and veggies on the side.
