Baked Fish Recipe

This baked fish recipe is easy and tasty. You can use any mild white fish of your choice. We like cod and sole.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs fish fillets (we like sole or cod)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F

  2. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt and pepper

  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over fish fillets. Coat the fish in the breadcrumb mixture and place in lightly greased baking pan.

  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.

Serving Suggestions:

I serve fish with side of tartar sauce for dipping, rice and veggies on the side.
