Baked Potato Wedges

Baked potato wedges are a healthy and tasty alternative to fries. My family loves them!

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges.

  2. Fill a large bowl with cold water and soak potatoes for about 30 minutes. Drain water and dry potatoes.

  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

  4. Add oil to bowl and toss potatoes until well coated.

  5. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with paprika, garlic salt and pepper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way.
