Beef Dip Recipe

This is an easy and tasty beef dip recipe for the slow cooker. The prep is a breeze and the results are fantastic! My family loves it! If it is too plain for you, you can top it with sautéed onions, mushrooms and/or cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1.5-2 pounds pot roast
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 cup beer
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat rolls
- butter
Directions:
- Rub roast with garlic and pepper and Place it in a slow cooker Add the beef broth, onion soup, soy sauce, water and beer. Cook on Low for 6-10 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut rolls and spread with butter. Bake open faced until crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
- Slice or shred the meat and place on the rolls. Serve with the sauce for dipping.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with yam fries or salad.
