Best Hamburger Recipe

I consider this one, the best hamburger recipe. The patties are easy to make, are tasty and you can serve them in a variety of ways according to your taste. This is my family’s version for burger night.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 pickle slices
  • Fixings (ketchup, mustard, mayo)

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef with dry onion soup mix. Separate into 4 and shape into burger patties with your hands.

  2. Grill on the preheated Bbq until done and no longer pink inside. In the last couple of minutes place cheese on the meat.

  3. Arrange fixings, lettuce, tomato and pickle on the bun and serve.

Serving Suggestions:

I serve my burgers with broccoli salad or yam fries.
