Best Hamburger Recipe
I consider this one, the best hamburger recipe. The patties are easy to make, are tasty and you can serve them in a variety of ways according to your taste. This is my family’s version for burger night.
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Lettuce
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 pickle slices
- Fixings (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
Directions:
- Mix ground beef with dry onion soup mix. Separate into 4 and shape into burger patties with your hands.
- Grill on the preheated Bbq until done and no longer pink inside. In the last couple of minutes place cheese on the meat.
- Arrange fixings, lettuce, tomato and pickle on the bun and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
I serve my burgers with broccoli salad or yam fries.
