Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

This broccoli cauliflower casserole is a nice change to boring veggies. My kids love it!
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cups fresh cauliflower florets
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup(10 oz)
- ½ cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 table spoons butter
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender-crisp. Place in a casserole dish.
- Combine soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese,salt and pepper. Spread over vegetables.
- Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Spread over the soup mix.
- Bake for 25 minutes or so until browned on top.
