The menus in this section were created for moms just like you, who want to make sure that their families get tasty and nutritious dinners at low cost.
Planning your dinners ahead of time ensures that you always have all the necessary ingredients at hand and you never have to waste your hard earned money on take out.
Each week’s menu contains five main dishes and a shopping list. The side dishes are not included with the menus or shopping lists. It is up to you to decide on the side dishes that you like. I always have a stock of potatoes, flavoured rice and pasta in my pantry. That gives me plenty of options for a quick side dish if I’m running short on time.
To fully benefit from the weekly dinner menus follow the following steps:
- Choose your weekly menu
- Print the recipes
- Print the shopping list
- Check the shopping list and cross off the ingredients you already have at home
- Add your choice of side dishes onto the list
- Head to the grocery store
- Enjoy stress free dinners!
- Return a week later for your next week’s menu
- Repeat steps 1-8
