Here is the collection of my favourite chicken dinner recipes. All of them are included in the weekly dinner menus.
Chicken Nutrition at a Glance:
Chicken is probably the most popular meat that we eat. It is lower in fat and higher in protein than red meat and it can be prepared in a variety of ways.
Some of the key nutrients in chicken are Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, Selenium and amino acids that produce seratonin. Seratonin is a hormone that makes us feel happy.
