5 day menus are full of easy dinner ideas and especially designed for people that do not cook every day of the week.
I, quite often fit into this category. There are days that we go out for dinner, do take-out or visit friends.
Before my weekly shopping trip, I look at the week ahead and see how many times I will cook. Then I choose my menu accordingly.
Each week’s menu contains five main dishes and a shopping list. The side dishes are not included with the menus or shopping lists. It is up to you to decide on the side dishes that you like.
I always keep a stock of potatoes, flavoured rice, pasta and frozen vegetables. This gives me plenty of options for a quick side dish if I’m running short on time.
