Grilled Pork Chop Recipes

Grilled pork chop recipes are easy and tasty, if you have the right marinade. The longer you leave the meat in the marinade, the better it will taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb grilling pork steaks (I like blade chop)
  • ΒΌ cup soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except the meat) in a bowl with lid.

  2. Place pork in marinade and toss to coat. Marinade for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.

  3. Grill on the barbeque until done.

Serving Suggestions:

Goes great with baked potatoes and salad.
