Here is week 4 menu filled with healthy dinner ideas.
Please note that the dinner menus only contain recipes for 5 main dishes. The side dishes are up to you and are not part of the shopping list.
How to Use the 5 Day Menu:
- Print the recipes.
- Print the shopping list.
- Go through the shopping list and cross out all the ingredients you already have at home.
- Add side dishes of your choice to the shopping list.
