Week 6 Dinner Menu



Here is healthy dinner menu for week 6.

Please note that the dinner menus only contain recipes for 7 main dishes. The side dishes are up to you and are not part of the shopping list.


How to Use the 5 Day Menu:

  1. Print the recipes.

  2. Print the shopping list.

  3. Go through the shopping list and cross out all the ingredients you already have at home.

  4. Add side dishes of your choice to the shopping list.
