How to Grill Pork Ribs

Easy Barbeque Ribs Recipe

I never knew how to grill pork ribs, and always thought they were hard to make on the barbeque. Then one day I had the following recipe at my friend’s house and loved it. She shared it with me and it became one of our favourite recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork baby back ribs
  • 3c loves garlic, cut in pieces
  • 1 onion cut in 8 pieces
  • ½ cup barbeque sauce of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut ribs into 2- rib pieces

  2. Place ribs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a large pot and fill with enough water to cover the ingredients. Cover with lid and bring to boil. Turn the heat to medium-low and simmer for approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove the ribs and discard the remaining ingredients.

  3. Heat the grill to medium heat. Brush the ribs with barbeque sauce and grill for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally and applying more sauce as needed.

Serving Suggestions:

We like to serve ribs with garlic rice and corn on the cob.
