Oven Baked Potatoes

My family loves these tasty oven baked potatoes. Use this recipe as a guideline and feel free to add your favourite spices and cheese.
You can peel the potatoes or leave the skin on. The choice is yours.
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, washed and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- dried oregano
- Pepper and salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Combine butter, garlic, oregano, green onion, salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in a baking dish and pour butter mixture over them. Mix all together.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
