This is a collection of my family's favourite pork recipes.

All of them are included in the weekly dinner menus.

Pork is very high in Thiamin, Niacin and Vitamin B6.

Other key nutrients include Phosphorous,Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Iron.
