- 4 Tbs olive oil
- 4 tbs lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp oregano
- ˝ tsp basil
- Salt to taste (optional)

Directions:
- Cut pork into cubes approx. 1 inch square
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl to make marinade.
Add pork pieces and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs or overnight.
- Remove pork from marinade and thread onto skewers
Either grill or broil kabobs until no longer pink inside roughly 4 minutes per side.

I like to serve souvlaki with rice, Greek potatoes and vegetables.
Tip:
If you’re using wooden skewers, make sure you soak them in warm water prior to use.
