Recipe for Pork Tenderloin

Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

This recipe for pork tenderloin is easy and quick to prepare. And the best part is that it’s quite yummy and my kids love it!

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs, fine
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for frying

Directions :

  1. Cut pork in slices about ¾ inch thick. Place slices flat on cutting board, cover with wax paper and flatted each with the heel of your hand to about ½ inch thick.

  2. Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan, salt and pepper. Coat pork slices with the mixture. Use your hands to press it on well.

  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place pork slices in the pan and fry on one side for 3-5 minutes. Flip over and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Continue frying for another 3-5 minutes.

Serving Suggestions :

This dish goes well with a side of pasta with tomato sauce.
