Baked Salmon Recipe



This is by far my favourite Baked Salmon Recipe. My family loves it and I hope your will too!


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs parsley fresh or dried
Directions:

  1. Make marinade: Place garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl. Place salmon in the bowl and marinade for at least an hour. Turn occasionally.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  3. Place salmon fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade and seal. Place it in a baking dish and bake 35-45 minutes until easily flakes with a fork.

Serving Suggestions:

I like to serve salmon with garlic rice and steamed vegetables.
