Baked Salmon Recipe
This is by far my favourite Baked Salmon Recipe. My family loves it and I hope your will too!
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ C olive oil
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs parsley fresh or dried
Directions:
- Make marinade: Place garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl.
Place salmon in the bowl and marinade for at least an hour. Turn occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place salmon fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade and seal. Place it in a baking dish and bake 35-45 minutes until easily flakes with a fork.
Serving Suggestions:
I like to serve salmon with garlic rice and steamed vegetables.
