Seafood Recipes
Here is a collection of my family's favourite seafood recipes. All of them are included in the weekly dinner menus. Adding seafood to your family's diet is a healthy choice. I personally try to include a fish or a seafood dish once a week. Seafood and fish are excellent sources of Omega-3 fatty acids which are very important for brain health.
 Shrimp Pesto Florentine Pasta Shrimp in a creamy pesto sauce with spinach and garlic. We call this dish "Hailey's Pasta" because it is by far my daughter's favourite dinner.

Crunchy Baked Sole Quick, easy and tasty baked fish in a crunchy coating. Serve with tartar sauce.

Baked Sole with Shrimp Baked fish covered with tasty morsels of shrimp. Perfect with rice a a glass of white wine.

Greek Shrimp Shrimp baked with feta and fresh tomatoes in a delicious garlic and wine sauce. My family loves it!

Seafood Casserole Scallops, shrimp and rice baked in a tomato and garlic sauce. Topped up with crunchy bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. So tasty!

Tuna Casserole My family's favourite seafood casserole for sure. Easy, inexpensive and absolutely delicious!

Tuna Melts Oh so easy! Quick and tasty meal for a busy day! Yummy tuna mixture on your favourite choice of bun covered with tomatoes and melted cheese.

Shrimp Skewers Shrimp marinated in garlic and herbs, skewered and grilled to perfection. Very tasty and elegant meal. There is nothing like it!

Baked Salmon Salmon baked with garlic, lemon and basil. Omega 3 heaven!

Best Shrimp Scampi Shrimp simmered in a delicious wine, lemon and garlic sauce. Best served over rice or angel hair pasta.

Garlic Shrimp Pasta Garlic, shrimp and mushrooms in a delicious cream sauce served over angel hair pasta. Truly divine!
