Week 7 - 5 Day Menu



Here is Week 7 Menu full of simple dinner recipes. Please note that the dinner menus only contain recipes for 5 main dishes. The side dishes are up to you and are not part of the shopping list.


How to Use the 5 Day Menu:

  1. Print the recipes.
  2. Print the shopping list.
  3. Go through the shopping list and cross out all the ingredients you already have at home.
  4. Add side dishes of your choice to the shopping list.

Greek Shrimp

Shrimp baked with feta and fresh tomatoes in a delicious garlic and wine sauce.

My family loves it!





Slow Cooker Beef Stew

A classic beef stew slow cooked with assorted vegetables. A tasty and very easy one dish dinner! Serve it with freshly baked frech bread!





Feta Chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with feta and sundried tomatoes then rolled in bread crumbs and baked. Not the easiest to make but worth the effort if you like feta cheese.




Parmesan Pork

Pork version of this classic Italian dish. Easy and delicious!

Easy Lasagne

An easy version of this classic pasta dish made with ready lasagne noodles.

The kids will love it!
