Week 1 Shopping List



Week 1 shopping list (5 day)
Meat
1lb ground beef
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 boneless pork loin chops
4 salmon fillets
1 lb beef flank steak or sirloin, cut into thin strips
Dairy
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan
3 eggs
¼ cup butter
Produce
1 cup small broccoli florets
1 cup carrots, slices or strips
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup onion
1 red pepper
3 Golden Delicious apples sliced (or your favourite apples)
1 head garlic
1 lemon to make 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Spices


1 tsp dried oregano
2½ tsp dried basil
salt and pepper
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. parsley fresh or dried
1 tbsp. ginger
Pasta Aisle
4 cups (1000 ml)of your favourite pasta sauce
1 pkg. (14) cannelloni tubes
Other
1 cup flour
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup dry white cooking wine
4 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. dry sherry
1/3 cup soya sauce
3 tbsp. sesame oil
½ cup chicken or beef broth
2 tsp cornstarch
