Meat:
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 lb lean ground beef
4 slices of veal
4 salmon fillets
1 ½ lbs beef pot roast
Dairy:
1½ cup sour cream
1 egg
¼ cup butter
1 cup cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese(or Mexican cheese blend)
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Canned Goods:
1-14oz stewed tomatoes can
2-8 oz tomato sauce cans
1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
Dry goods:
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
10 medium hard taco shells
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Produce:
2 heads of garlic
1 carrot
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 onions
Spices:
2 tablespoons parsley fresh or dried
1 tablespoon Italian style seasoning (or your favourite all spice)
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
6 tablespoons (90 ml) Taco Seasoning
(Salt and pepper)
Other:
½ cup mayonnaise
Olive oil for frying
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package of cheese or meat tortellini of your choice
