Week 2 Shopping List

Week 2 shopping list (5 day)
Meat
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
1.5-2 lbs beef roast of your choice. (I buy Sirloin Tip)
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin medallions
1 lb frozen shrimp, raw with tails removed
Dairy
1 1/2 cup shredded Mexican-style or Cheddar cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
Produce
1-2 heads garlic
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
1 large onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Canned Goods
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 can black beans
1 can sweet corn
Bakery
½ cup bread crumbs
Spices
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper
Pasta Aisle
1 (4.5 ounce) package dry Garlic Alfredo sauce mix or 1 jar pre-made Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons pesto
1 (8 ounce) package penne pasta (or your favourite pasta)
Mexican Aisle
1/2 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1/3 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups crushed whole wheat tortilla chips
Other
150 ml olive oil
2.5 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 cup beef broth
¼ cup red cooking wine (optional)
¼ cup dry white wine
