Meat:


4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast pieces
1 lb beef stew meat
1 lb raw shrimp (medium or large) peeled and devined with tails on
4 boneless pork loin chops
1 lb ground beef
Dairy:
¼ C butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup shredded Mexican-style or Cheddar cheese
1.5 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 container cottage cheese (500 g)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 slices cheddar cheese
Canned and Bottled Goods:
1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1-14 oz can black beans
1-14 oz can sweet corn
Fixings (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
4 pickle slices
2 cups tomato pasta sauce
Olive oil
1/3 cup salsa
1 cup dry white cooking wine

Produce:


2 heads garlic
1 medium onion
Lettuce
1 tomato
3 cups sliced mushrooms
3 Golden Delicious apples
Dry Goods:
1 cup flour for coating
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 packages dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. manicotti shells (14 shells)
2 Tbs packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed whole wheat tortilla chips
Spices:
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 package taco seasoning mix
Frozen Goods:
1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach
Bakery:
4 whole wheat burger buns
Other:
Wooden skewers
