Week 3 Shopping List



Week 3 shopping list (5 day)
Meat
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 lb beef stew meat
1 large or 2 small pork tenderloins (1.5 lb)
1.5 lbs fish fillets (we like sole or cod)
In the Cooler
1 package of cheese or beef tortellini
Dairy
½ C sour cream
¼ C butter
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Produce
1 onion
1-2 heads of garlic
3 apples
2 cups fresh button mushrooms, sliced
1-2 lemons to make ¼ cup juice
Bakery
1 cup breadcrumbs
Canned Goods
1-14oz stewed tomatoes can
1-8 oz tomato sauce
1-10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Spices
1 tbsp. Italian style seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
½ tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper
Other
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
½ package dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup flour
1 cup apple juice
Olive oil for frying
