4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1.5 lb chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 lb frozen shrimp, raw with tails removed
2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steak cut into strips
1 large or 2 small pork tenderloins(1.5 lb)
1 lb boneless beef
Deli
12-24 slices of pepperoni
Dairy
Sour cream for tacos
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Produce
Lettuce
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1-2 heads of garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
3 bell peppers (one green, one red, one yellow)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 apples
1 large tomato
Lemons to make ¾ cup lemon juice

½ tsp ground ginger

½ cup soya sauce (try reduced salt option)
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1/3 cup flour
1 cup apple juice
