Week 5 Shopping List

Week 5 shopping list (5 Day)
Meat and Seafood
8 boneless chicken breasts
4-8 sole fillets, depending on size
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
4 slices of veal (leg scaloppini or cutlets)
1 cup small shrimp, cooked
Dairy
1/2 cup and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Bakery
½ cup bread crumbs
Produce
1 head garlic
1 onion
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1 lemon

Spices


1 tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Pasta Aisle
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 jar of Alfredo sauce of your choice
2 tablespoons pesto
1 (8 ounce) package dry penne pasta (or your favourite pasta)
Other
1-250 ml bottle of Russian dressing
3 Tbsp apricot or peach jam
6 large crackers
1/2 cup cheese flavoured, buttery round crackers
2 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons steak sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
