Week 5 Shopping List


Week 5 shopping list
Meat and Fish
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4-8 sole fillets, depending on size
1 lb pork baby back ribs
1 lb beef flank steak or sirloin
2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken breast
¾ lb veal scaloppini, cut into strips
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup small shrimp, cooked
Produce
2 heads garlic
1 cup small broccoli florets
1 cup carrots, slices or strips
4-5 onions
2 red peppers
2 ½ cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lemon to make 1 tbsp lemon juice
Dairy
75 ml grated Parmesan cheese
120 ml butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cream
1 ½ cups Cheddar or Mexican cheese
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Soups
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
½ cup chicken or beef broth
1 tsp. dry chicken stock mix

Spices


1 tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp ginger
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp garlic salt seasoning
Dry Goods
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
6 large crackers, crushed
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup cheese flavoured, buttery round crackers
8 medium tortillas
1 package fettuccine pasta
Other
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup barbeque sauce of your choice
3 tbsp dry sherry
1/3 cup soya sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
Oil for stir-frying
2/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons steak sauce
