Week 6 Shopping List


Week 6 shopping list (5 Day Dinner Menu)
Meat and Seafood
2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken breast
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts halves
¾ lb veal scaloppini, cut into strips
1 lb pork baby back ribs
2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into strips
Dairy
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar or Mexican cheese mix
1 cup cream
2-3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tbsp. butter
Produce
2 cups fresh mushrooms
4 medium onions
1-2 garlic heads
2 red bell peppers
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
Bakery
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Spices :
½ tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic salt seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Other:
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. dry chicken stock mix
1 package fettuccine pasta
1Tbs olive oil
½ cup soya sauce ( try reduced salt option)
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch
½ cup barbeque sauce of your choice
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 medium tortillas
