Meat and Seafood
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 lb ground beef
1.5-2 lbs raw shrimp deveined
1.5 lbs beef stew meat, 1 inch cubes
Dairy
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2/3 cup butter
¾ cup and Parmesan cheese, grated
1 ½ cup cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour cream to serve
1 cup milk
1 cup feta cheese
Produce
6 onions
3 cups mushrooms
2-3 heads garlic
3-4 potatoes
6-7 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 lb fresh asparagus
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
2 red peppers
1 small zucchini
½ cup snow peas
2 green onion
1.5 lbs tomatoes
¼ cup fresh parsley
Frozen Goods
2 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crusts
½ cup frozen green peas
½ cup frozen corn
Spices :
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp chilli powder
Other:
Olive oil for frying
1½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup red wine
1 ½ cup dry white wine
4 ½ cups chicken broth
1 tbsp dry chicken stock mix
1 tbsp beef stock mix
½ cup dry bread crumbs, fine
1 package bowtie pasta (300 g)or your favorite pasta
3 cups (750 ml) tomato sauce
1 tbsp green chillies, chopped (or more to taste)
8 tortillas
