Weekly Dinner Menus





The weekly dinner menus were designed using my family’s favourite recipes.

Each week’s menu contains seven main dishes and a shopping list. The side dishes are not included with the menus or shopping lists. It is up to you to decide on the side dishes that you like.

I always keep a stock of potatoes, flavoured rice, pasta and frozen vegetables. This gives me plenty of options for a quick side dish if I’m running short on time.

But remember to follow healthy eating guidelines.




To fully benefit from the weekly menus follow these steps:

  1. Choose your weekly menu

  2. Print the recipes (most recipes serve 4 unless otherwise noted)

  3. Print the shopping list

  4. Check the shopping list and cross off the ingredients you already have at home

  5. Add your choice of side dishes onto the list

  6. Head to the grocery store

  7. Enjoy stress free dinners!

  8. Return a week later for your next week’s menu

  9. Repeat steps 1-8
