Here is Week 2 Dinner Menu, part of your weekly meal planner.

Please note that the weekly dinner menus only contain recipes for main dishes. The side dishes are up to you and are NOT part of the shopping list.


How to Use the Weekly Menu:

  1. Print the recipes
  2. Print the shopping list
  3. Go through the shopping list and cross out all the ingredients you already have at home.
  4. Add side dishes of your choice to the shopping list

Mozzarella Chicken

Chicken drenched in garlic-wine sauce and topped with Mozzarella cheese! You will get praised for this dish!





Mushroom Stew in Slow-Cooker

Chunks of beef slow cooked in a delicious mushroom gravy. My family's favourite beef stew!







Barbeque Shrimp Skewers

Shrimp marinated in garlic and herbs, skewered and grilled to perfection. Very tasty and elegant meal. There is nothing like it!





Pork Chops with Apples

Slow cooker pork chops covered with apples. The dinner that cooks itself-it doesn't get any easier than this!







Mexican Chicken Casserole

One of my family's all-time favourites! Mexican inspired chicken casserole with black beans, corn and covered with shredded cheese.

Easy and 100% kid approved!




Home-made Cheeseburgers

Homemade burger patties served on a bun with your choice of fixings. A perfect dinner for a hot summer evening!






Manicotti with Cottage Cheese

Manicotti stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and cottage cheese mixture then baked with mozzarella cheese.
